Delete your account and data
Aires (including Aires Monitor, Aires Monitor Lite, Aires Notify, Aires Meet, Aires Web, Sidekin, Aires Attendance Pro, Aires Support, มาดามหลิว / Madam Liew, สั่งอาหาร / Food Time, สั่งสินค้า / ShopTime, and วีรันด้า / Veranda)
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and the personal data associated with it — including accounts in the มาดามหลิว (Madam Liew) restaurant app the สั่งอาหาร (Food Time) and สั่งสินค้า (ShopTime) marketplace apps, and the วีรันด้า (Veranda) cosmetics shop app, which are created automatically as guest accounts on first launch. You can delete your account yourself from inside the app, or ask us to delete it on your behalf.
Option 1 — delete from within the app
One Aires account works across several Aires apps, and each app keeps its own profile. In the app, open Profile and choose either "Remove my profile from this app" (deletes only that app's profile and data and signs you out of that app) or "Delete my Aires account" (deletes your account and your data in every Aires app, listing the affected apps first). Older app versions show a single "Delete account" button, which deletes the whole account.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
If you cannot access the app, email us at support@aires.club from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify ownership and action verified requests.
What is deleted
- Your account profile — name, email address, and phone number.
- Your monitors and the probe / uptime history generated for them.
- Customer-support chat history.
- Restaurant orders, table reservations, and loyalty-point history (มาดามหลิว / Madam Liew).
- Marketplace orders, dish ratings, shop profiles and shop membership (สั่งอาหาร / Food Time).
- Goods-shop orders, product ratings, shop profiles and shop membership (สั่งสินค้า / ShopTime, วีรันด้า / Veranda).
- Push notification (APNs / FCM) device tokens.
- Any identity-verification similarity score and subscription entitlement records held on your account.
Timing and exceptions
We delete your account data within 30 days of a verified request. A limited set of records may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, purchase/transaction records held by Apple or Google for subscriptions. We never sell your data.
